Team Spirit has officially announced the first three youth teams in the project to expand the ambitious academy, inspired by the youth training model in football. They have organized the selection over the past two months to search for excellent young talents, most of them aged 15 to 16 and Elo average 3,200 - 3,500 on Faceit.
